About
I believe therapy is more than managing symptoms. It's a beautiful opportunity to better understand yourself, heal what needs tending to, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. My path to becoming a therapist has always been rooted in a genuine curiosity about people, our minds, our relationships, our emotions, and the experiences that shape who we become. I bring both clinical training and a deeply human perspective into my work, blending evidence-based practices with mindfulness, attachment, and deeper exploratory work.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be fully yourself. No judgment, no need to have the “right” words, and no expectation that you have everything figured out. Just a safe space to slow down, feel seen, validated, and understood.
I believe healing can be both grounded in science and connected to something deeper, where soul meets science.
